Your AI Assistant is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses manage customer communications, generate quotes, respond to inquiries, and manage reviews across multiple channels including WhatsApp, Email, and Messenger.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary.
The Service is offered through various subscription plans (Essential, Growth, Premium). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you.
We may offer a free trial period. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
All fees are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your billing period.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Content generated by our AI features is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Google Business Profile, Stripe). Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Any issues with third-party services should be directed to the respective service provider.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your AI Assistant, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to delete your account.
